Querido Padre Celestial,
Gracias por este día. Gracias por todo lo que haces por mí cada día, incluso por aquello que a veces no percibo. Gracias por cuidar de mi familia, amigos y conocidos. Te pido que los protejas y los guíes en esta vida. Tráelos sanos y salvos de regreso a ti. Hazles saber que estás ahí para ellos. Nunca permitas que olvide tu presencia en mi vida y guíame con seguridad a lo largo de ella.
Señor, humildemente te pido tu favor. Toca los corazones de los jóvenes, ayudándoles a apreciar el sagrado don del matrimonio y la dulce voz de los niños. Ilumina su visión para que descubran la profunda belleza de compartir la vida con alguien a quien aman profundamente. Que estén abiertos a las alegrías y tristezas que conlleva el vínculo especial del matrimonio, así como a las alegrías y desafíos únicos que los hijos traen a sus vidas.
Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit, we lift our hearts in praise for Papua New Guinea, a nation woven with beauty, resilience, and faith. Thank You for the 96% who call on Your name, for the churches that rise from mountain villages to coastal towns, and for the legacy of missionaries who sowed seeds of truth and education.
We rejoice in the artistic heritage that honors You—in carvings and bilum bags, in songs and dances that celebrate Easter and Christmas. We thank You for the pilgrimage sites that draw hearts to devotion, and for the youth ministries that shape tomorrow’s leaders. Your Spirit has sustained this land through war, occupation, and independence, and Your Church continues to serve with love—bringing healthcare, education, and hope to the most remote places.
Lord, we ask for Your renewing touch. Heal the broken places where poverty and violence linger. Let Your justice flow where corruption has taken root. Protect the biodiversity of this land from destruction, and inspire Your people to care for creation as a sacred trust.
Open paths for education in rural regions, and deepen religious teaching amid modern distractions. Strengthen infrastructure so congregations may gather in unity. Let youth find meaningful work and spiritual purpose, and may every tribe and tongue proclaim Your glory. May Papua New Guinea shine as a beacon of Your love—a land of martyrs, missionaries, and miracles.
Strengthen the roads that connect believers, the schools that teach Your Word, and the clinics that bring healing. Let Your Spirit fill the youth with purpose, and open doors of opportunity that anchor them in faith. May corruption be replaced with righteousness, and may every leader walk in Your light.
Te pido la conversión y la misericordia para todos los pecadores, y ten misericordia de las almas del purgatorio y de todos los fieles difuntos. Te ruego que sanes a los enfermos si es tu voluntad. Te ruego que ayudes a quienes atraviesan momentos difíciles. Ayúdalos a caminar contigo a través de las pruebas y tribulaciones de su vida. Gracias, Señor, por la vida que me has dado. Buscamos tu divina intervención por aquellos que están en nuestro lista de oración, encompassing every beloved individual we have mentioned and those honored: Matt, Charlie, Isaac, Harvey, Eli, Christopher, Jerry, Brooke, Gayle, Linda alongside those we include those in desperate need whom we meet every day like the weary souls sleeping on the streets, under bridges, in hospitals, and their families. We ask You to help our teens draw closer to You, to uplift those with mental disabilities, those who wander in doubt of Your existence, and those suffering from Alzheimer’s and terminal illnesses. We pray for the growing number of men and women entering the religious life and for those who experience violence from lost souls.
Señor, intercede por todos los pueblos. Muéstrales cómo resolver sus diferencias sin pelear, sin disturbios ni lastimarse mutuamente. Abre nuestros ojos a la belleza de ponerte en primer lugar en nuestra vida y vivir en paz. Que todos comprendamos que las diferentes opiniones no tienen por qué dividirnos; al contrario, trabajemos juntos para alcanzar un entendimiento común. Gracias, Señor, por estar siempre presente para mí y para todos. Tu presencia es la belleza de nuestra vida.
Nos presentamos ante Ti con corazones humildes, buscando Tu guía divina para el Papa León XIV. Te pedimos que lo conviertas en Tu instrumento puro, lleno únicamente de Tu Espíritu Santo. Que ninguna influencia mundana, ninguna fuerza ajena a Tu reino celestial, aparte su corazón o su mente de Ti. Que cada palabra que pronuncie sea Tuya, inspirada por Tu verdad y en perfecta armonía con las enseñanzas de Tu Sagrada Escritura. Oramos para que su voluntad se entregue por completo a la Tuya, reflejando únicamente Tu propósito y gloria divinos. Guíalo, Padre, para que sea un pastor fiel bajo Tu control soberano y que Tus ángeles lo protejan de todo mal.
Te pedimos que llenes nuestros lugares de culto hasta rebosar y que las capillas de adoración perpetua estén llenas a cada hora del día, todos los días de la semana. Además, te pedimos que protejas a nuestro clero. Dales la fuerza para seguir adelante y seguirte más de cerca, sin perder de vista la misión que les has encomendado. Elevamos cada intención sincera y cada súplica silenciosa que llevamos dentro. En tu sagrado nombre, oramos. Te adoramos, y que con cada día que pasa, nuestro amor por ti crezca cada vez más.
