Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for today. Thank you for what you do for me each and every day and for that which I fail to notice. Thank you for taking care of my family, friends, and acquaintances. I ask that you shield and protect them and guide them in this life. Bring them safely home to you. Let them know that you are there for them. Never let me forget your presence in my life and guide me safely through this life.
Lord, I humbly seek your favor. Please touch the hearts of the young, helping them appreciate the sacred gift of marriage and the delicate sounds of children. Enlighten their vision to see the profound beauty in sharing a life with someone they love deeply. May they be open to the joys and sorrows that come with the special bond of marriage, as well as the unique joys and challenges that children bring into their lives.
Heavenly Father, Almighty God, with fervent hearts we exalt You in gratitude for Niger, a nation richly blessed by Your divine hand, from the breathtaking Aïr Mountains to the expansive Ténéré Desert, alive with Your majesty. We glorify You for the devout Christians who courageously follow Your Son, Jesus Christ, inspired by Halima’s extraordinary witness of love to extremists, and the vibrant evangelical outreach that journeys forth on motorbikes to reach nomads. Thank You for St. Cyprian’s enduring legacy, illuminating faith throughout North Africa, and for the resilient spirit of the rebuilt churches following the attacks of 2015, standing as powerful symbols of Your unwavering hope. Bless the enchanting griot music, the salt-laden caravans of the Tuareg, and the rich traditions of the Dosso Kingdom, so lovingly preserving Your gift of culture. We are profoundly grateful for Niamey’s Grand Mosque, a beacon fostering community, and for the skilled leather crafts that sustain families as manifestations of Your abundant provision.
In Your boundless compassion, we humbly present before You the pressing needs of Niger. We ask for Your support for those suffering from hunger, providing them with the essential food security they so desperately require. May You grant safety to the many individuals displaced by conflict. Please strengthen rural schools that are struggling with teacher shortages, and bring light to the lives of those who currently lack access to electricity. Protect the beauty of Your creation from the ravages of drought, and work to end the heartbreaking reality of gender-based violence through Your justice. Guide our leaders to find resolutions for the political instability that burdens the land, and inspire reforms in our judicial systems that embody Your truth. Heal the deep wounds of trauma by providing accessible mental health care, and foster a spirit of unity among the diverse ethnic groups. May Your Church in Niger be a radiant beacon of Your love, through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior,
I ask for the conversion and mercy on all sinners and have mercy for the souls in purgatory and all the faithfully departed. I pray that you heal the sick if it be your will. I pray that you help those who are having a hard time. Help them walk with you through those trials and tribulations in their life. Thank you, Lord, for the life you have given me. I ask that your angels fight fiercely against the powers of evil that beset our world, including the archangels of each country. Please bring your peace to every country and peoples.

Dear Lord, we fervently ask You to grant peace to all those restless souls awake at this hour of night. We seek Your divine assistance for those on the prayer list, including every cherished individual mentioned earlier, as well as those listed on this website’s prayer list. Please include these individuals as well, Matt, Tom, Betty, Tom, Margaret, Todd, Donald, Louis, Wendy, Kevin, Nicholas, Amy, Connor, Randy, Jennifer, Christine, Wendy, Tyler, Rob, Bill, Lisa, and those who with needs that we meet on a daily basis, who sleep on sides of roads, sidewalks, under overpasses, and those in hospitals and their families, and help teens grow closer to You, those with mental disabilities, those who are lost or confused about Your existence, and people with Alzheimer’s and terminal illnesses, and the number of men and women entering the religious life.
Lord, please intercede between all peoples. Show them how resolve differences without fighting, rioting, or hurting one another. Open their/our eyes to the beauty in putting you first in our life and living with each other in peace. May we all understand that differing opinions don’t have to divide us; instead, let us work together to reach a common understanding. Thank you Lord for being here for me and everyone. Your presence is the beauty in our life.
We come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your divine guidance for Pope Leo XIV. We ask that You make him Your pure vessel, filled only with Your Holy Spirit. Let no worldly influence, no force outside Your heavenly kingdom, sway his heart or mind from You. May every word he speaks be Your words, inspired by Your truth and perfectly aligned with the teachings of Your Holy Scripture. We pray that his will be wholly surrendered to Yours, reflecting only Your divine purpose and glory. Lead him, Father, to be a faithful shepherd under Your sovereign control and that Your angels will shield and protect him from all evil.
We ask that you fill our places of worship to overflowing and that perpetual adoration chapels are filled at every hour of the day, every day of the week. Additionally, please shield and protect our clergy. Give them the strength to carry on and follow you more closely and not lose sight of the mission which you have given to them. We lift up every heartfelt intention and unspoken plea buried deep within us. In your sacred name, we pray. We adore you, and with every passing day, may our love for you grow deeper and more profound.
Amen.
