Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for today. Thank you for what you do for me each and every day and for that which I fail to notice. Thank you for taking care of my family, friends, and acquaintances. I ask that you shield and protect them and guide them in this life. Bring them safely home to you. Let them know that you are there for them. Never let me forget your presence in my life and guide me safely through this life.
Lord, I humbly seek your favor. Please touch the hearts of the young, helping them appreciate the sacred gift of marriage and the delicate sounds of children. Enlighten their vision to see the profound beauty in sharing a life with someone they love deeply. May they be open to the joys and sorrows that come with the special bond of marriage, as well as the unique joys and challenges that children bring into their lives.
Dear Heavenly Father, I humbly lift up the Federated States of Micronesia, seeking Your grace for its needs. Protect these islands from rising seas and fierce cyclones, granting wisdom to leaders and communities to safeguard Your creation. Provide clean water, robust healthcare, and quality education, especially for remote islands, so all may thrive. Guide the youth with opportunities for work and learning, preserving their rich heritage through dances, songs, and stories that echo Your truth.
We pray for unity amidst diversity, that the 99% who call You Lord—Catholic, Protestant, and others—may welcome minority faiths like the Ahmadi Muslims and Baha’is with love, silencing calls for exclusion. Heal those struggling with despair, and provide resources to address addiction and illness. Bless the legacy of Blessed Diego Luis de San Vitores and the Jesuits, sending more clergy and catechists to nurture faith in distant atolls. Strengthen families, honor the matriarchal traditions, and guide leaders to resolve disputes with justice, as seen in the Pacific Islands Forum.
Grant economic stability, sustainable energy, and protection for coral reefs and fisheries. May Micronesia’s people, from Chuuk’s songs to Yap’s dances, continue to glorify You, blending tradition with Your eternal Word.
I ask for the conversion and mercy on all sinners and have mercy for the souls in purgatory and all the faithfully departed. I pray that you heal the sick if it be your will. I pray that you help those who are having a hard time. Help them walk with you through those trials and tribulations in their life. Thank you, Lord, for the life you have given me. I ask that your angels fight fiercely against the powers of evil that beset our world, including the archangels of each country. Please bring your peace to every country and peoples.
Dear Lord, we fervently ask You to grant peace to all those restless souls awake at this hour of night. We seek Your divine assistance for those on the prayer list, including every cherished individual mentioned earlier, as well as those listed on this website’s prayer list. Please include these individuals as well: Father Joseph, Father Matt, Deacons, Gerry, Pete, Mutumbu, Joan, Enzo, Mary, Bruce, Rojie, Kevin, Mike, Michelle, Dave, Herman, Ania, and all natural disasters throughout the world, and those in hospitals and their families, and help teens grow closer to You, those with mental disabilities, those who are lost or confused about Your existence, and people with Alzheimer’s and terminal illnesses, and the number of men and women entering the religious life.
Lord, please intercede between all peoples. Show them how resolve differences without fighting, rioting, or hurting one another. Open their/our eyes to the beauty in putting you first in our life and living with each other in peace. May we all understand that differing opinions don’t have to divide us; instead, let us work together to reach a common understanding. Thank you Lord for being here for me and everyone. Your presence is the beauty in our life.
We come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your divine guidance for Pope Leo XIV. We ask that You make him Your pure vessel, filled only with Your Holy Spirit. Let no worldly influence, no force outside Your heavenly kingdom, sway his heart or mind from You. May every word he speaks be Your words, inspired by Your truth and perfectly aligned with the teachings of Your Holy Scripture. We pray that his will be wholly surrendered to Yours, reflecting only Your divine purpose and glory. Lead him, Father, to be a faithful shepherd under Your sovereign control and that Your angels will shield and protect him from all evil.
We ask that you fill our places of worship to overflowing and that perpetual adoration chapels are filled at every hour of the day, every day of the week. Additionally, please shield and protect our clergy. Give them the strength to carry on and follow you more closely and not lose sight of the mission which you have given to them. We lift up every heartfelt intention and unspoken plea buried deep within us. In your sacred name, we pray. We adore you, and with every passing day, may our love for you grow deeper and more profound.
