Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for today. Thank you for what you do for me each and every day and for that which I fail to notice. Thank you for taking care of my family, friends, and acquaintances. I ask that you shield and protect them and guide them in this life. Bring them safely home to you. Let them know that you are there for them. Never let me forget your presence in my life and guide me safely through this life.
Dear Heavenly Father, help me be the light others need for them to come home to You, never to have my light under a bushel basket. Help others find peace within. I ask that You shield and protect our country, our political officials, our clergy, and everyone throughout the world. Help those who are in positions of influence, like those above, and entertainers and sports figures, realize Your love and show Your love towards others and fulfill their duties as members of Your family. Help their light to shine brightly so that other can come within your presence. Help us to see each other as You see each of us.
I ask for the conversion all sinners and have mercy for the souls in purgatory. I pray that you heal the sick if it be your will. I pray that you help those who are having a hard time. Help them walk with you through those trials and tribulations in their life. Thank you, Lord, for the life you have given me. I ask that your angels fight fiercely the powers of evil that beset our world.
Dear Lord, I ask that you help the people of Afghanistan with food especially for those who do not have anyone to help them and keep them warm and safe. Due to war and strife within their country, many people need your help mending their hearts and minds of all the ugliness they have experience. Dear Lord, these people are known for their hospitality which they give to others through their generosity and warmth. Thank you Lord for their skilled hands at making fine intricate carpets where each tells a story. This same skill with their hands can be seen in their music and poetry. Watch over them and keep them safe. Bestow Your blessings upon them.
Dear Heavenly Father, we ask that you shine your light on them. Give the guardian angel of Afghanistan strength to shield them harm and aid them in feeling your warmth. Dear Jesus, Holy Spirit, and Our Lord be good to these people. We thank you for taking care of them.
Dear Lord, help everyone who is awake at this hour of the night find rest. We ask that you help these people who are on the prayer list, including those mentioned earlier, as well as those on the prayer list on this website: Nancy L, Shirley M, Paul V & Fam., Maddy and Amanda, Brandi, and Andrew and Paul, and everyone else on the list, as well as any intentions held within our hearts. We ask this in your name. We love you, and may we learn to love you more and more each day.
