Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for today. Thank you for what you do for me each and every day and for that which I fail to notice. Thank you for taking care of my family, friends, and acquaintances. I ask that you shield and protect them and guide them in this life. Bring them safely home to you. Let them know that you are there for them. Never let me forget your presence in my life and guide me safely through this life.
Lord, I ask one favor from you. Please open the hearts of the young to the sacredness of marriage and the little sounds of children. Help them to see the beauty of being with someone you love all your life. Allow them to experience the joys and sadness which one can experience with that special someone and the joys and challenges which children bring.
Dear Heavenly Father, guide me to be the light that others need to find their way back to You, never hiding my light under a bushel basket. Grant peace within to those who seek it. I ask for Your protection and guidance over our country, our political officials, our clergy, and everyone across the world. Inspire those in positions of influence, including our leaders, entertainers, sports figures, and business leaders, to embrace Your love and share it with others, fulfilling their roles as members of Your family. Help them to cling to Your Word and/or turn back to Your Word so that You are always their focus. May their light shine brightly, drawing others into Your presence. Help us to see each other as You see us.
I ask for the conversion and mercy on all sinners and have mercy for the souls in purgatory and all the faithfully departed. I pray that you heal the sick if it be your will. I pray that you help those who are having a hard time. Help them walk with you through those trials and tribulations in their life. Thank you, Lord, for the life you have given me. I ask that your angels fight fiercely against the powers of evil that beset our world, including the archangels of each country. Please bring your peace to every country and peoples.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the beautiful nation of Canada. Thank You for the breathtaking natural beauty, from the majestic Rocky Mountains to the picturesque coastlines, and the iconic Niagara Falls. We are grateful for the diverse wildlife that calls this land home and the countless lakes, including the stunning Lake Louise. We thank You for the rich indigenous heritage and the vibrant multicultural society that embraces diverse cultures and traditions. We also appreciate the spirit of politeness and civility that Canadians are known for, and for the countless innovations that have emerged from this great nation.
Lord, we are thankful for the opportunities to travel across this magnificent country on scenic train journeys, and for the sense of community and kindness that permeates the hearts of its people. We ask for Your continued blessings upon Canada and its citizens, that they may always find joy and fulfillment in the beauty and abundance You have provided. Guide their leaders and their people to work together in harmony, fostering unity and compassion.
We come before You with hearts full of compassion and love for the people of Canada. We ask on their behalf for Your divine intervention in addressing some of the challenges they face. Please offer affordable housing for all citizens, ensuring that everyone has a safe and secure place to call home. We pray for the expansion of mental health services and resources, so that those in need can get the support and care they deserve. May You continue to improve healthcare accessibility and efficiency, allowing all Canadians to get prompt and effective medical attention.
We also ask for Your blessings in creating more job opportunities with fair wages, so that individuals and families can thrive and prosper. Please enhance the services and support for the elderly, ensuring they are cared for with dignity and respect. We pray for the reduction of prescription medication costs and medical treatments, making healthcare more affordable for everyone. Guide the leaders and communities of Canada as they work together to tackle these needs.
We are grateful for the opportunity to give thanks, to worship, and to live in harmony with one another. We humbly thank You, God, for the interconnection of all these blessings. May Your light continue to guide us in our journey of peace, understanding, and gratitude.
Additionally, we ask for Your support for those struggling with the high cost of living and who are in need of employment. The financial burdens can be overwhelming, creating further stress and hardship. We express our heartfelt gratitude for Your unwavering love and care, and we pray for Your help in providing the means for these individuals to thrive and find peace.
Dear Lord, we fervently implore you to grant peace to all those restless souls awake at this hour of night. We seek your divine assistance for those on the prayer list, including every cherished individual mentioned earlier, as well as those listed on this website’s prayer list. Please include these individuals as well: E Leger, Jennifer L, Dorothy B, Kathy C, Rosary G, Elizabeth I, Bennie K, Carter L family, Cecile S, M/M N Jackson, E Babin, K Varnado, K Alello, R Alello, Paula H, Paul, O, and help teens grow closer to you, those with mental disabilities, those that are lost or confused about your existence, and people with Alzheimer and terminal illnesses and increase to men and women entering the religious life.
We ask that you fill our places of worship to overflowing and that perpetual adoration chapels are filled at every hour of the day, every day of the week. Additionally, please shield and protect our clergy. Give them the strength to carry on and follow you more closely and not lose sight of the mission which you have given to them. We lift up every heartfelt intention and unspoken plea buried deep within us. In your sacred name, we pray. We adore you, and with every passing day, may our love for you grow deeper and more profound.
