Healthy Boundaries: Key to Better Relationships

Good fences make good neighbors.

Let’s talk about something super important: boundaries. They are crucial for maintaining a balanced and healthy life.

What Are Boundaries?

Boundaries are the invisible lines that define our personal space, values, and limits. They help us decide what’s acceptable in our interactions with others. Think of them as protective barriers that safeguard our well-being.

Why Are Boundaries Important?

  1. Self-Respect: Boundaries honor yourself and show that you value your needs.

  1. Boy is this ever true

I wish to have known this eleven years ago to prevent a lot of emotional abuse, physical abuse and financial abuse

From my experience the most toxic relationship is being a care giver. One adult child is expected to do everything and gets nothing but abuse.

The other family members do not help at all and get all the money

    1. You are wonderful. Thank you for being and doing.

  2. Thank you for the encouraging words
