Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for today. Thank you for what you do for me each and every day and for that which I fail to notice. Thank you for taking care of my family, friends, and acquaintances. I ask that you shield and protect them and guide them in this life. Bring them safely home to you. Let them know that you are there for them. Never let me forget your presence in my life and guide me safely through this life.
Dear Heavenly Father, guide me to be the light that others need to find their way back to You, never hiding my light under a bushel basket. Grant peace within to those who seek it. I ask for Your protection and guidance over our country, our political officials, our clergy, and everyone across the world. Inspire those in positions of influence, including our leaders, entertainers, and sports figures, to embrace Your love and share it with others, fulfilling their roles as members of Your family. May their light shine brightly, drawing others into Your presence. Help us to see each other as You see us.
I ask for the conversion all sinners and have mercy for the souls in purgatory. I pray that you heal the sick if it be your will. I pray that you help those who are having a hard time. Help them walk with you through those trials and tribulations in their life. Thank you, Lord, for the life you have given me. I ask that your angels fight fiercely against the powers of evil that beset our world.
Heavenly Father, we lift up the people of American Samoa to You. We want to thank you for the beautiful nature which they have and their cultural life. Help them to stay close to their families, friends and not lose sight of who they are. We want to thank you for their palusami (baked taro leaves with coconut cream) and fa’ausi (corned beef wrapped in taro leaves). We thank you for tapa cloth (bark cloth), wood carvings, and woven items which are integral to the island’s cultural heritage. Please continue to protect and guide them.
Lord, may Your presence be felt among the American Samoa, help them improve their roads and infrastructure for their country. Give the guardian angel of the American Samoa strength to help each person and their political official reach their fullest potential. Dear Jesus, Holy Spirit, and Our Lord be good to these people. We thank you for taking care of them.
Dear Lord, help everyone who is awake at this hour of the night find rest. We ask that you help these people who are on the prayer list, including those mentioned earlier, as well as those on the prayer list on this website: , Bobby, Becca & kids, Rebekah R, Nancy M, Dothe V, Dune & Patricia L., and everyone else on the list, as well as any intentions held within our hearts and already mentioned. We ask this in your name. We love you, and may we learn to love you more and more each day.
