My news comes from all over the world because the truth usually sits somewhere in the middle. I really want my news to be more straightforward and less embellished updates, like “red car hits blue car” type info that gets straight to the point without any ads. Plus, I’d love to see news that talks about more than just politics, which is tiresome and seems to cause a rift with people because it is taken too close to heart. Sure, politics matter, but I’d be happy with five minutes of updates every couple of hours; I’m just looking for a more balanced scoop. I want to know what’s happening in the world—things like cool cultural events, awesome discoveries in science and archaeology, and heartwarming human stories that touch people everywhere, not just in my backyard. This way, I can get a real sense of what’s going on and stay connected to the bigger picture out there!
This world is so awesome. It has so much to give. I have met very few people who are not genuinely good people. People in this country and this world will mostly help you if you ask. Some times not, but mostly yes. On top of that, we are given a beautiful place to live no matter how meek it may be. There is so much to learn and so much we can enjoy.
