As promised I made peach bbq sauce. It took me a lot longer than anticipated. I only managed to get it finished.
Here is the recipe for the bbq sauce. I added a habanero pepper to give a bit of spice, although it was good just as it was. This made 4 pints.
This morning, I decided to make peach sauce which can be used on ice cream, waffles and other foods. It made a quart and 2 1/2 pints. We are looking forward to having it tomorrow.
I said it was a peachy day was being planned. It ended up being a weekend. But that’s alright. And yes, I made the peach soap. Still needing a name for it.
