Today we pray for Portugal\u2014land of ocean winds, quiet devotion, and sacred pilgrimage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima, pilgrims walk 182 meters on their knees. It\u2019s not a requirement. It\u2019s a choice\u2014an offering of humility, sorrow, gratitude, or longing. A way to say, \u201cI surrender. I trust. I believe.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd4a\ufe0f Fatima\u2019s message still whispers: prayer, repentance, peace.<\/em>
\u2615 Gal\u00e3o, Portugal\u2019s warm milky coffee, invites us to pause and tend our souls.<\/em>
\ud83d\udcd6 What brings you peace today? What do you lay down in prayer?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I watched several videos this week that helped me understand the depth of this tradition. The devotion moved me. The quiet strength of each pilgrim\u2014kneeling, praying, hoping\u2014reminded me that tending the soul often begins with surrender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
