Love isn\u2019t just a feeling\u2014it\u2019s a movement, a series of choices that bring us closer to one another and to the divine. As we move through our lives, we can mirror this by serving others, offering kindness, and living with purpose, turning our love into tangible acts that reflect God\u2019s grace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jesus showed his love through motion in ways that transformed lives. He walked miles to heal the sick, as seen in Matthew 9:35: \u201cJesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.\u201d His journey to the cross, described in John 15:13, \u201cGreater love has no one than this: to lay down one\u2019s life for one\u2019s friends,\u201d was the ultimate act of love in motion\u2014sacrificing himself to redeem humanity. His every step was a testament to love, encouraging us to move toward compassion and selflessness in our own lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">God has expressed His love through motion throughout scripture, orchestrating events and guiding His people with purpose. In Genesis 12:1, He called Abraham, saying, \u201cGo from your country, your people and your father\u2019s household to the land I will show you,\u201d setting him on a journey of faith that blessed nations. Likewise, in Exodus 3:10, God told Moses, \u201cSo now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt,\u201d using Moses\u2019 movement to deliver His people from slavery. These divine motions reveal a God who loves actively, moving through history to save and guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stories of Abraham and Moses illustrate how God\u2019s love flows through human action. Abraham\u2019s obedience in leaving his home and offering Isaac (Genesis 22:2) showed trust in God\u2019s plan, a love expressed through motion toward sacrifice. Moses\u2019 leadership, leading the Israelites through the Red Sea (Exodus 14:21-22), was a physical manifestation of God\u2019s love, freeing His people with miraculous steps. These examples inspire us to express love by moving toward others\u2014helping a neighbor, supporting a friend, or advocating for justice\u2014turning our faith into footsteps of love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we embrace &#8220;Love in Motion,&#8221; let\u2019s follow Jesus\u2019 example and God\u2019s guidance through Abraham, Moses, and others. By moving with kindness, serving with humility, and trusting in divine direction, we can reflect the love that moves the world.
