Thank you for today. Thank you for what you do for me each and every day and for that which I fail to notice. Thank you for taking care of my family, friends, and acquaintances. I ask that you shield and protect them and guide them in this life. Bring them safely home to you. Let them know that you are there for them. Never let me forget your presence in my life and guide me safely through this life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lord, I humbly seek your favor. Please touch the hearts of the young, helping them appreciate the sacred gift of marriage and the delicate sounds of children. Enlighten their vision to see the profound beauty in sharing a life with someone they love deeply. May they be open to the joys and sorrows that come with the special bond of marriage, as well as the unique joys and challenges that children bring into their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dear Heavenly Father, I humbly ask that You guide me to be the light that others long for to find their way back to You, ensuring I never hide my light under a bushel basket. Please grant peace within to those who are yearning for it. I seek Your protection and guidance over our beloved country, our political officials, our clergy, and everyone around the globe. Inspire those who hold influence in their hands\u2014our leaders, entertainers, sports figures, and business leaders\u2014to embrace Your love and share it generously with others, fulfilling their vital roles as cherished members of Your family. Help them to hold on to Your Word and return to it often, keeping You at the center of their lives. May their light shine brightly, drawing others into Your comforting presence. Help us to see one another through Your eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I ask for the conversion and mercy on all sinners and have mercy for the souls in purgatory and all the faithfully departed. I pray that you heal the sick if it be your will. I pray that you help those who are having a hard time. Help them walk with you through those trials and tribulations in their life. Thank you, Lord, for the life you have given me. I ask that your angels fight fiercely against the powers of evil that beset our world, including the archangels of each country. Please bring your peace to every country and peoples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Heavenly Father, Blessed Trinity, we come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up the nation of Haiti and praising You for the abundant blessings You have poured upon it. We thank You for Haiti\u2019s historic triumph as the first black-led republic, a beacon of freedom born from Your gift of courage and resilience. We glorify You for the vibrant Haitian Creole language, uniting Your people in song, story, and faith, and for the cultural richness of Kompa music, Rara festivals, and Carnival, which fill hearts with joy and community.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Lord, Your creation shines in Haiti\u2019s mountainous landscapes, from Pic la Selle to the coral reefs of Labadee, and we thank You for the Taino heritage that names this land \u201cmountainous.\u201d We praise You for the Citadelle Laferri\u00e8re, standing as a testament to Haiti\u2019s strength, and for the resilient spirit of its people, who rise after earthquakes and storms, trusting in Your mercy. We are grateful for Haitian art, griot cuisine, and djon djon rice, which reflect Your provision and creativity, and for the hospitality of Haitians, who welcome strangers with warmth despite hardship.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Father, we thank You for the literary voices of Haiti, from Edwidge Danticat to book fairs, and for the women who sustain families as market vendors. We praise You for the flag of blue and red, symbolizing unity, and for soccer\u2019s passion, uniting Les Grenadiers and fans. Even in Vodou\u2019s presence, we see Your hand guiding Haiti toward truth, and we thank You for the Church\u2019s light, shining through F\u00e8t Gede and Taino cave paintings that draw the world to Haiti\u2019s story.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Yet, Lord, we also intercede for Haiti\u2019s needs, trusting in Your power to heal. We pray for peace amid gang violence that displaces thousands, asking You to protect the vulnerable and soften hardened hearts. Provide food for the 4.4 million facing hunger, and clean water to end cholera\u2019s spread. Restore schools for 1 million children, shielding them from trafficking and gangs, and heal the trauma of those grieving from disasters and loss.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Father, guide Haiti\u2019s leaders to end corruption and instability, and strengthen the Church to proclaim Your Gospel purely, free from Vodou\u2019s influence. Rebuild infrastructure, from roads to hospitals, and grant economic independence to lift Haiti from poverty. We trust in Your promise to be near the brokenhearted, and we ask all this in the holy name of Jesus Christ, our Savior.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Dear Lord, we fervently ask You to grant peace to all those restless souls awake at this hour of night. We seek Your divine assistance for those on the prayer list, including every cherished individual mentioned earlier, as well as those listed on this website’s prayer list<\/a>. Please include these individuals as well: Levi, Malachi, Janice & family, Mary Ann, Gail, Nicole, Cory, Brian, and Kirsten & baby, the world, and those in hospitals and their families, and help teens grow closer to You, those with mental disabilities, those who are lost or confused about Your existence, and people with Alzheimer’s and terminal illnesses, and the number of men and women entering the religious life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your divine guidance for Pope Leo XIV who has roots in the Haitian community in New Orleans. We ask that You make him Your pure vessel, filled only with Your Holy Spirit. Let no worldly influence, no force outside Your heavenly kingdom, sway his heart or mind from You. May every word he speaks be Your words, inspired by Your truth and perfectly aligned with the teachings of Your Holy Scripture. We pray that his will be wholly surrendered to Yours, reflecting only Your divine purpose and glory. Lead him, Father, to be a faithful shepherd under Your sovereign control and that Your Angel will shield and protect him all evil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We ask that you fill our places of worship to overflowing and that perpetual adoration chapels are filled at every hour of the day, every day of the week. Additionally, please shield and protect our clergy. Give them the strength to carry on and follow you more closely and not lose sight of the mission which you have given to them. We lift up every heartfelt intention and unspoken plea buried deep within us. In your sacred name, we pray.
