Not to analyze Augustine\u2019s brilliance or his theology, but to look again at the man who wept his way into grace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As I sat with this scene, I began to wonder whether Augustine\u2019s tears reveal something more than sorrow for sin. Perhaps they uncover the hidden way God moves in us \u2014 through longing, through surrender, through the quiet work of those who pray for us when we cannot pray for ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This reflection follows that thread. It lingers with Augustine, with Monica, and with the mystery of a God who meets us in the very place where our strength ends and His begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come sit with this moment.
