Peace offers the human soul serenity. It gives it something that the outside world can never give. The world is so busy. We are tempted to spend all our time devoted to worldly experiences and things. Perhaps they did. But somehow I feel that our lives are so full of distractions whether it is the tv, the radio, a sports game, or our phones.  We risk losing the precious gift of time and the quiet of the soul to things that clamor for our attention but leave our hearts empty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4d3edc1f32e7fab6be0a876a12beb1e7 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">Peace is the serenity of the quiet of the heart &#8211; quiet of the day.  It\u2019s the stillness of the soul, the hush of the day, the sacred pause. Find a place, whether it\u2019s the corner of your room or the silence of a cave. Be still and listen to quiet speaking gently to you.
