I mean, if the Cookie Monster and Santa are both fans, they must be pretty irresistible! But let\u2019s be real, what could possibly go wrong with cookies? Oh, just a small detail: trying to make them healthier by skipping sugar, flour, or shortening is like trying to play hide-and-seek with your taste buds\u2014they&#8217;re definitely going to find you, but not in a good way! Honestly, why mess with perfection? Or is it multiple? Mine is probably chocolate peanut butter no-bakes. They are delicious and fattening.  Cookies are so grand that they even have festivals for them.  Like <a href=\"https:\/\/disneyworld.disney.go.com\/dining\/epcot\/holiday-kitchens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays <\/a>(Cookie Stroll) or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.classiccookie.com\/classic-cookie-festival\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Classic Cookie&#8217;s Annual Cookie Festival<\/a>.  Then they have cookie swaps.  Wow!  They are just waiting for someone like me to show up and become the Cookie Monster. Check this out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Traditional Cookie Swap:<\/strong> Participants bake a batch of their favorite cookies and bring them to a gathering. Everyone exchanges cookies, so everyone goes home with a variety of treats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Holiday Cookie Swap:<\/strong> Like the traditional swap, but focused on holiday-themed cookies. It&#8217;s a great way to get into the festive spirit and try new holiday recipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Themed Cookie Swap:<\/strong> These swaps have a specific theme, like &#8220;chocolate chip cookies only,&#8221; &#8220;international cookies,&#8221; or &#8220;healthy cookies.&#8221; It adds a fun twist and encourages creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Virtual Cookie Swap:<\/strong> With the rise of virtual gatherings, many people are hosting cookie swaps online. Participants bake their cookies, take photos, and share recipes and pictures with each other virtually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cookie Decorating Party:<\/strong> Besides swapping cookies, participants bring plain cookies and decorating supplies. Everyone can decorate their cookies together and then swap them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cookie Recipe Exchange:<\/strong> Instead of bringing baked cookies, participants bring copies of their favorite cookie recipes. Everyone shares the recipes and can bake them later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ugly Sweater Cookie Swap:<\/strong> Guests wear their tackiest holiday sweaters and bring cookies to share. It&#8217;s a fun and festive way to celebrate the holiday season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cookie Exchange Party with Games:<\/strong> Adding games and activities to the cookie swap can make it even more enjoyable. Games like &#8220;guess the cookie&#8221; or &#8220;best presentation&#8221; can add a competitive and fun element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think I\u2019m about to meet my sugary demise thanks to a cookie avalanche! But hey, if I\u2019m going out, at least I\u2019ll be wearing a <a href=\"https:\/\/bakeorbreak.com\/2021\/08\/no-bake-peanut-butter-oatmeal-cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">peanut butter oatmeal no bake cookie<\/a> smile.
