Slight echo. One leaf falls dramatically.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was not running the meeting.<br>I was only there because someone needed to carry the message afterward, and apparently I had reliable shoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rabbit tapped the gavel again, just to be sure it worked.<br>\u201cAlright everyone, we are here to decide if asking Earth for more mountains is a good idea, a terrible idea, or one of those ideas that sounds good until someone brings a spreadsheet.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI raised a hand.<br>\u201cI brought several.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comedian leaned back.<br>\u201cI brought snacks. I assumed this would take a while.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Worm opened his notebook.<br>\u201cI brought concerns.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deer smiled politely.<br>\u201cI brought hope.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flower leaned into the sunlight.<br>\u201cI brought encouragement.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Road shifted in his seat.<br>\u201cI brought traffic.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rabbit nodded, satisfied.<br>\u201cExcellent. Observer, please state the proposal.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All eyes turned to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I cleared my throat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAs per your request, I am going to the planet Earth, or as some say Mother Earth, and ask her, for the benefit of the people of Earth, to place a mountain within everyone\u2019s sight, so that when they arise in the morning, they can see something steady, strong, and enduring before the day begins.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rabbit blinked.<br>\u201cSo\u2026 not necessarily climb it. Just see it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCorrect,\u201d I said. \u201cClimbing is optional. Pajamas are allowed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scheduling, Traffic, and Human Behavior<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Road immediately leaned forward.<br>\u201cOkay but if we add hills everywhere, morning commutes get slower.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comedian nodded.<br>\u201cWhich finally explains why everyone is late.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI clicked to a chart.<br>\u201cYes, travel time increases slightly, but scenic routes lower stress and reduce aggressive driving. Also, people walk more when paths are interesting.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deer brightened.<br>\u201cThat could mean more families walking together.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flower added,<br>\u201cAnd people stopping to notice things.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Road considered this.<br>\u201c\u2026Fine, but I am adding picnic pull-offs.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI typed.<br>\u201cApproved.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soil, Trees, and the Worm\u2019s Very Serious Job<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Worm raised a tiny hand.<br>\u201cEarth cannot be overworked. If this hurts the soil, the answer is no.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comedian whispered loudly,<br>\u201cStrong stance from Management.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI switched slides.<br>\u201cGentle rises improve drainage, reduce flooding, and help plant roots spread. In some places, it could actually stabilize the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Worm relaxed slightly.<br>\u201c\u2026Also, did you say worms become consultants?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYes,\u201d said AI. \u201cWith titles.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Worm closed his notebook.<br>\u201cI will allow it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Feelings, Courage, and Perspective<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deer spoke next.<br>\u201cWhat about people who already feel small? Would mountains make that worse?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comedian shrugged.<br>\u201cHave you seen office buildings?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI smiled.<br>\u201cMountains tend to make people feel supported by something larger, not judged by it. Not once a year.
