Dear Heavenly Father,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thank you for today. Thank you for what you do for me each and every day and for that which I fail to notice. Thank you for taking care of my family, friends, and acquaintances. I ask that you shield and protect them and guide them in this life. Bring them safely home to you. Let them know that you are there for them. Never let me forget your presence in my life and guide me safely through this life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lord, I humbly seek your favor. Please touch the hearts of the young, helping them appreciate the sacred gift of marriage and the delicate sounds of children. Enlighten their vision to see the profound beauty in sharing a life with someone they love deeply. May they be open to the joys and sorrows that come with the special bond of marriage, as well as the unique joys and challenges that children bring into their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dear Heavenly Father, guide me to be the light that others need to find their way back to You, never hiding my light under a bushel basket. Grant peace within to those who seek it. I ask for Your protection and guidance over our country, our political officials, our clergy, and everyone across the world. Inspire those in positions of influence, including our leaders, entertainers, sports figures, and business leaders to embrace Your love and share it with others, fulfilling their roles as members of Your family. May their light shine brightly, drawing others into Your presence. Help us to see each other as You see us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I ask for the conversion and mercy on all sinners and have mercy for the souls in purgatory. I pray that you heal the sick if it be your will. I pray that you help those who are having a hard time. Help them walk with you through those trials and tribulations in their life. Thank you, Lord, for the life you have given me. I ask that your angels fight fiercely against the powers of evil that beset our world, including the archangels of each country. Please bring your peace to every country and peoples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lord Jesus Christ, We honor the 117 Vietnamese Martyrs, canonized by Saint John Paul II, We bless the missionaries\u2014Jesuits, Dominicans, and Paris Foreign Mission Society priests, And Lord, we lift up Vietnam\u2019s needs: May Vietnam be a land of witness and courage, Let Your Spirit fill the youth with purpose, and open doors of opportunity that anchor them in faith. May corruption be replaced with righteousness, and may every leader walk in Your light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We thank You for Vietnam,
A land of rivers and mountains,
Where Your Gospel was carried by missionaries with courage and hope.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Including Saint Andrew D\u0169ng-L\u1ea1c, priests, catechists, and lay faithful,
Who gave their lives between the 17th and 19th centuries,
Choosing death rather than denying Your name.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Who planted the seeds of faith in Hanoi, Hue, and Saigon,
And the sisters who cared for the poor and sick.
We remember the families who prayed the rosary in secret,
And the catechists who taught in homes and villages.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strengthen vocations to priesthood and religious life.
Protect Catholic schools and hospitals.
Encourage Eucharistic reverence and Marian devotion.
Heal wounds of division and poverty.
Let Your mercy flow through every parish and plain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
A people of praise,
