When someone meets me, whether in person, on the page, or through something my hands have made, I hope the very first thing they notice is peace.
Not perfection.
Not polish.
Just a quiet steadiness that says, \u201cGod is here.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope they sense that I truly care,
that their feelings matter,
their presence matters,
their story matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope being near me helps them breathe a little easier,
feel a little lighter,
and remember that they are wonderfully made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And I hope they know, even without my saying it,
that I can be counted on –
for kindness, for prayer,
for a listening ear,
for simple, steady faithfulness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than anything, I hope my first impression whispers:
\u201cYou are safe here.\u201d
\u201cYou are seen.\u201d
\u201cYou are loved by the One who made you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because complete beauty, begins with Him. \u2728\ud83d\ude4f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
