Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for today. Thank you for what you do for me each and every day and for that which I fail to notice. Thank you for taking care of my family, friends, and acquaintances. I ask that you shield and protect them and guide them in this life. Bring them safely home to you. Let them know that you are there for them. Never let me forget your presence in my life and guide me safely through this life.
Lord, I humbly seek your favor. Please touch the hearts of the young, helping them appreciate the sacred gift of marriage and the delicate sounds of children. Enlighten their vision to see the profound beauty in sharing a life with someone they love deeply. May they be open to the joys and sorrows that come with the special bond of marriage, as well as the unique joys and challenges that children bring into their lives.
Dear Heavenly Father, guide me to be the light that others need to find their way back to You, never hiding my light under a bushel basket. Grant peace within to those who seek it. I ask for Your protection and guidance over our country, our political officials, our clergy, and everyone across the world. Inspire those in positions of influence, including our leaders, entertainers, sports figures, and business leaders to embrace Your love and share it with others, fulfilling their roles as members of Your family. May their light shine brightly, drawing others into Your presence. Help us to see each other as You see us.
I ask for the conversion and mercy on all sinners and have mercy for the souls in purgatory. I pray that you heal the sick if it be your will. I pray that you help those who are having a hard time. Help them walk with you through those trials and tribulations in their life. Thank you, Lord, for the life you have given me. I ask that your angels fight fiercely against the powers of evil that beset our world, including the archangels of each country. Please bring your peace to every country and peoples.
Heavenly Father,
We bless You for the United States,
A land of mountains and rivers,
Where Your Spirit moves through cathedrals and shrines,
And Your Church shines in communities large and small.
We praise You for the sacred places:
The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C.,
A beacon of Catholic faith in the nation’s capital.
The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, Wisconsin,
Where pilgrims gather in prayer and devotion.
The Cathedral of St. Patrick in New York City,
Where choirs lift voices in harmony and hope.
And the Mission churches of California,
Where Your name was first proclaimed along the coast.
We rejoice in the Catholic presence today:
In schools that teach with compassion,
In hospitals that heal with dignity,
In parishes that welcome migrants and travelers,
And in families who pray together in kitchens and courtyards.
We bless the living faith of the United States’ Catholics,
Rooted in Scripture and sacrament,
Shining as a light in North America,
And carrying Your name with joy.
And Lord, we lift up the United States’ needs:
Renew the Church in every region.
Protect sacred art and architecture from neglect.
Raise up leaders rooted in holiness.
Encourage unity among diverse peoples.
Let Your mercy flow through every city and countryside.
May the United States be a land of memory and mission,
A people of praise,
A nation prepared for Your coming.
Let Your Spirit fill the youth with purpose, and open doors of opportunity that anchor them in faith. May corruption be replaced with righteousness, and may every leader walk in Your light.
Dear Lord, we passionately implore You to envelop all restless souls awake in the stillness of this night with Your boundless peace. We seek Your divine intervention for those on our prayer list, encompassing every beloved individual we have mentioned and those honored: M/M Jesse, Gary, Beth, M/M Ben, M/M Georg, Addison and all the peoples of the world alongside those we include those in desperate need whom we meet every day like the weary souls sleeping on the streets, under bridges, in hospitals, and their families. We ask You to help our teens draw closer to You, to uplift those with mental disabilities, those who wander in doubt of Your existence, and those suffering from Alzheimer’s and terminal illnesses. We pray for the growing number of men and women entering the religious life and for those who experience violence from lost souls.
Lord, please intercede between all peoples. Show them how resolve differences without fighting, rioting, or hurting one another. Open their/our eyes to the beauty in putting you first in our life and living with each other in peace. May we all understand that differing opinions don’t have to divide us; instead, let us work together to reach a common understanding. Thank you Lord for being here for me and everyone. Your presence is the beauty in our life.
We come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your divine guidance for Pope Leo XIV. We ask that You make him Your pure vessel, filled only with Your Holy Spirit. Let no worldly influence, no force outside Your heavenly kingdom, sway his heart or mind from You. May every word he speaks be Your words, inspired by Your truth and perfectly aligned with the teachings of Your Holy Scripture. We pray that his will be wholly surrendered to Yours, reflecting only Your divine purpose and glory. Lead him, Father, to be a faithful shepherd under Your sovereign control and that Your angels will shield and protect him from all evil.
We ask that you fill our places of worship to overflowing and that perpetual adoration chapels are filled at every hour of the day, every day of the week. Additionally, please shield and protect our clergy. Give them the strength to carry on and follow you more closely and not lose sight of the mission which you have given to them. We lift up every heartfelt intention and unspoken plea buried deep within us. In your sacred name, we pray. We adore you, and with every passing day, may our love for you grow deeper and more profound.
