Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for today. Thank you for what you do for me each and every day and for that which I fail to notice. Thank you for taking care of my family, friends, and acquaintances. I ask that you shield and protect them and guide them in this life. Bring them safely home to you. Let them know that you are there for them. Never let me forget your presence in my life and guide me safely through this life.
Lord, I humbly seek your favor. Please touch the hearts of the young, helping them appreciate the sacred gift of marriage and the delicate sounds of children. Enlighten their vision to see the profound beauty in sharing a life with someone they love deeply. May they be open to the joys and sorrows that come with the special bond of marriage, as well as the unique joys and challenges that children bring into their lives.
Heavenly Father, Almighty God, through Your Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, we bow before You in gratitude for Morocco, a land blessed by Your creation, from the golden Sahara to the towering Atlas Mountains. We thank You for the vibrant faith of its small Christian community, with 1,000 Catholics worshiping in Your name, and for the majestic Hassan II Mosque, where millions seek Your divine presence. Praise be for the ancient Al-Qarawiyyin University, founded in 859, a testament to Your gift of knowledge, and for the UNESCO-listed medinas of Marrakech and Fes, alive with souks and zellige artistry. We are grateful for the Berber people’s rich heritage, the women-led argan oil cooperatives, and King Mohammed VI’s leadership, guiding Morocco toward peace. Bless the savory tagines, the blue streets of Chefchaouen, and the bustling Tanger-Med port, reflecting Your abundant provision.
Yet, O Lord, we lift up Morocco’s needs in Your mercy. Guide its leaders to lift 19% of rural Moroccans from poverty and create jobs for youth facing 22% unemployment. Provide clean water to drought-stricken Sahara villages and strengthen rural schools to raise literacy in Your wisdom. Grant religious freedom to Your Christian flock, that they may worship openly alongside their Muslim neighbors. Protect coastal shores from erosion and equip Morocco to recover from earthquakes, as in 2023. May Your Holy Spirit inspire justice, rooting out corruption, and fill Morocco with Your peace.
I ask for the conversion and mercy on all sinners and have mercy for the souls in purgatory and all the faithfully departed. I pray that you heal the sick if it be your will. I pray that you help those who are having a hard time. Help them walk with you through those trials and tribulations in their life. Thank you, Lord, for the life you have given me. I ask that your angels fight fiercely against the powers of evil that beset our world, including the archangels of each country. Please bring your peace to every country and peoples.
Dear Lord, we fervently ask You to grant peace to all those restless souls awake at this hour of night. We seek Your divine assistance for those on the prayer list, including every cherished individual mentioned earlier, as well as those listed on Michelle, Gwen, Marlene, Marilyn, Doug, Jeanne, Vernon, Rhonda, Toni, Tim, this website’s prayer list. Please include these individuals as well: and all natural disasters throughout the world, and those in hospitals and their families, and help teens grow closer to You, those with mental disabilities, those who are lost or confused about Your existence, and people with Alzheimer’s and terminal illnesses, and the number of men and women entering the religious life.
Lord, please intercede between all peoples. Show them how resolve differences without fighting, rioting, or hurting one another. Open their/our eyes to the beauty in putting you first in our life and living with each other in peace. May we all understand that differing opinions don’t have to divide us; instead, let us work together to reach a common understanding. Thank you Lord for being here for me and everyone. Your presence is the beauty in our life.
We come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your divine guidance for Pope Leo XIV. We ask that You make him Your pure vessel, filled only with Your Holy Spirit. Let no worldly influence, no force outside Your heavenly kingdom, sway his heart or mind from You. May every word he speaks be Your words, inspired by Your truth and perfectly aligned with the teachings of Your Holy Scripture. We pray that his will be wholly surrendered to Yours, reflecting only Your divine purpose and glory. Lead him, Father, to be a faithful shepherd under Your sovereign control and that Your angels will shield and protect him from all evil.
We ask that you fill our places of worship to overflowing and that perpetual adoration chapels are filled at every hour of the day, every day of the week. Additionally, please shield and protect our clergy. Give them the strength to carry on and follow you more closely and not lose sight of the mission which you have given to them. We lift up every heartfelt intention and unspoken plea buried deep within us. In your sacred name, we pray. We adore you, and with every passing day, may our love for you grow deeper and more profound.
